Privacy that keeps claim preparation in your hands.
How FlightRefundCalc handles public-site information, local calculator entries and third-party referrals.

What the public tools do
Flight and baggage calculators, direct-letter tools and PDF generation are designed so the facts you enter remain in your current browser session. FlightRefundCalc does not ask you to upload passports, bank details, boarding passes or other identity documents through these public tools.
Technical and aggregate information
The site may process limited technical request data through its hosting and security services. We also use aggregate, non-identifying events to understand whether a calculator, letter action or disclosed referral is used. These events are not intended to store a passenger name, booking reference, claim narrative or document.
Third-party links
If you choose a clearly labelled third-party referral, you leave FlightRefundCalc. That provider has its own privacy notice, cookies, forms, service terms and data practices. Review them before submitting any personal data.
Your choices
You can use the direct-letter tools without choosing a partner service. Please avoid entering sensitive data into free-text fields. This policy is an educational summary and may be updated when the site’s services materially change.
