For an airline claim
Use the airline’s official claims or customer-relations channel, keep your evidence and use the free direct-letter tools if helpful. FlightRefundCalc does not accept claim documents, passport data, banking details or requests for legal representation.
For a third-party referral
If you choose a disclosed partner service, contact that provider directly about its claim form, terms, data handling, claim status or fees. FlightRefundCalc cannot access or change a third-party claim.
