Partner disclosure: choose how you want to pursue a flight-disruption claim.
FlightRefundCalc provides preliminary information and free direct-letter tools. In some flight-disruption results, we may also show an optional referral to a separate service. This page explains that choice before you click.
Current approved referral
AirHelp
When an AirHelp option is shown, AirHelp is an independent third-party claim service. FlightRefundCalc may receive a referral commission if you choose to continue. AirHelp may charge a success fee under its own current terms. This does not increase or change the statutory compensation estimate shown by FlightRefundCalc.
Free direct airline route
You can use the free letter tools, keep control of the request, and contact the airline directly. FlightRefundCalc does not charge a third-party service fee for this path.
Prepare a free letterOptional AirHelp route
If you choose the separate AirHelp service, read its current eligibility, fee, privacy, claim-handling and payout terms before submitting any personal data. It decides whether to accept a claim.
An AirHelp link appears only where the approved provider configuration and public redirect safeguards are active.
Partner choice is optional. FlightRefundCalc is not a law firm, does not decide claim outcomes, and does not submit a claim on your behalf. Verify airline notices, actual arrival time, and the applicable service terms before acting.
