Current approved referral
When an AirHelp option is shown, AirHelp is an independent third-party claim service. FlightRefundCalc may receive a referral commission if you choose to continue. The statutory compensation estimate does not change because of a referral.

Fee information
FlightRefundCalc charges no third-party service fee for its educational calculator or letter tool. Airline processes and any personal costs are separate.

AirHelp assesses and, if it accepts the case, handles it under its own agreement and instructions.
Published fee information
AirHelp’s published standard service fee is 35% of Flight Compensation, including applicable VAT. Its published Legal Action Fee is 15% in addition where legal action is necessary, so the published combined deduction can be 50%. See the current source before proceeding.
