The calculator and direct-letter flow may retain selected route, incident or date values in the current browser session so a prefilled letter can open smoothly. This is not a long-term customer profile or a stored claim record.

Hosting, security and session mechanisms may use technical storage needed to deliver and protect the site. We do not use this public page to offer a broad behavioural-advertising profile.

Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics loads on English public pages only after you accept analytics.
