Clear passenger-rights information should be usable by more people.
FlightRefundCalc accessibility approach, supported interaction patterns and how to report a barrier.
Last reviewed: 24 August 2026
Current approach
We aim to support keyboard navigation, visible focus states, readable contrast, semantic headings, labelled form fields, native links and responsive layouts. The mobile menu and calculator controls are designed to avoid persistent overlays that block form interaction.
Known limits
Airline-rights information can be complex and some third-party destinations are outside our control. If content, a tool or a PDF control is difficult to use, use the direct airline channel while the site issue is addressed.
Reporting a barrier
The Contact and support page explains the site’s support scope. Do not send passports, payment details or other sensitive identity information in any website feedback.
