We aim to base framework explanations on official passenger-rights sources and present route, timing, cause and evidence as factors rather than promises. A source date or review date is shown where the content is materially time-sensitive.
Updates and corrections
Passenger-rights rules, court interpretation, carrier policies and currency references can change. Guidance is reviewed when substantive changes are identified; corrections should prioritise clarity and the official source over promotional language.
